Together, We are making an ImPACT

Every step forward in the fight against Placenta Accreta Spectrum (PAS) is made possible by a community united by hope, compassion, and a shared commitment to improving maternal health. Together, we are raising awareness, supporting patients and families, advancing research, educating healthcare professionals, and advocating for better outcomes for everyone affected by PAS.

Our Impact Reports capture the progress we've made together each year. They provide a transparent look at how the National Accreta Foundation is fulfilling its mission while celebrating the lives we've touched, the programs we've expanded, the partnerships we've built, and the meaningful change we've helped create.

Behind every statistic is a person—a survivor who found support, a family who discovered they were not alone, a clinician who gained lifesaving knowledge, or a researcher working toward a better future. These reports are a reflection of that collective impact and of the incredible generosity of our donors, volunteers, partners, and advocates who make this work possible.

We invite you to explore our Impact Reports and celebrate what we've accomplished together. As our community continues to grow, so does our commitment to ensuring that every person facing Placenta Accreta Spectrum has access to the education, resources, and support they deserve. Thank you for being an essential part of this mission.

The latest: 2025 Impact Report

Growing Our Reach, Growing Awareness

This year, our community continued to grow in incredible ways. Across the National Accreta Foundation's social media platforms, more than 5,000 new followers joined our mission, bringing our online community to over 30,000 advocates, survivors, families, and healthcare professionals. Every new connection represents another opportunity to raise awareness of Placenta Accreta Spectrum, share lifesaving education, and ensure more families know they are not alone.

Powered by Generosity

Thanks to the unwavering support of our community, we surpassed our annual fundraising goal once again. Every donation helped expand patient support programs, educational resources, research initiatives, and advocacy efforts—allowing us to reach more families and healthcare providers than ever before.

Amplifying Patient Voices

One of our proudest moments of 2025 was seeing the voices of our community reach a national audience. Through the National Accreta Foundation's Storybank, we connected survivors with journalists at The New York Times, contributing to four consecutive stories examining the overuse of cesarean births and their long-term consequences—including one feature dedicated specifically to Placenta Accreta Spectrum. The series also featured insights from a National Accreta Foundation Board Member, whose perspective helped bring greater visibility to the realities faced by patients and families affected by PAS. Together, these stories elevated patient experiences, increased public awareness, and sparked meaningful conversations about improving maternal health.
