Do you love organization, simple systems, and working behind the scenes to make good things happen? NAF’s Community Operations Specialist plays a vital role in keeping National Accreta Foundation running smoothly!

This flexible, remote volunteer role is perfect for someone who is comfortable with basic digital tools and enjoys routine, structured tasks. By helping us manage our mailing lists, update content on our website, and prepare donor thank-you notes, you ensure our community stays connected, informed, and supported. National Accreta Foundation is an entirely volunteer-run organization. The Community Operations Specialist role is exclusively voluntary with no financial compensation.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Keep Mailing Lists Fresh: Export, clean, and upload contact lists to keep our newsletter and supporter databases accurate.

  • Simple Web Updates: Make quick, periodic updates to text and dates on our website (like adding new event dates or updating a short paragraph—no web design or coding involved).

  • Schedule Newsletters: Help format and schedule pre-written updates and newsletters in our email platform.

  • Donor Appreciation Support: Prepare quarterly thank-you letters for our wonderful donors (we’ll provide the templates and show you our step-by-step process).

  • Either have Experience in Web Platforms or be Eager to Learn Simple Tools: You don't need to be a tech wizard! If you're comfortable navigating websites, Google Docs, and basic software, we can easily walk you through our specific platforms. If you have experience in Wix or Squarespace that’s a huge plus!

  • Passionate About the Mission: You care about placenta accreta awareness and want to use your organizational skills to support patients, survivors, and families.
